We offer you a clean, safe, fun Duplex space in a prime location close to Miraflores and other beautiful destinations in Lima! The home offers a positively upbeat, quiet, friendly, smoke-free atmosphere close to many park and family areas. This is a private location tucked away from traffic, noisy streets, bars, and parties but still close enough to all the fun! If you rent a car there are two private parking spots available for you inside the building, if you prefer public transportation there is easy access to busses and taxi's. You will not be disappointed with this apartment I take much pride in it and I enjoy sharing it with others. This is my personal residence, but it sits empty since I relocated to the United States. My family in Lima helps keep the apartment in immaculate condition so guests can have a wonderful experience and enjoy their stay with class. I keep my residence clean and comfortable for you, so in return, I expect my guests to provide the same level of care and respect. Mi casa es su casa!

This apartment will feel comfortable, almost like home, you can enjoy clean air and around the parks and many amenities available nearby.

This apartment, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms plus one visiting room, dining room, kitchen and all the air of the building, ideal for relaxing in the evening BBQ with the rich smell of natural carbon, in a residential area.

A 15 minute ride to Miraflores where many restaurants and night life are located, some are very recommended by me. The price of rent, are included in the electricity, telephone, hot water, cable TV, WI FI Internet and security 24 hours a day. You do not need to worry about paying anything more. Includes garage. Fine mahogany-finished floors.
